Anything I need do before the initial session?
Before our first session, I will ask for you to fill out an intake form and complete a 3-day food diary. This will allow me to better an overall picture of your health status, diet and lifestyle.

What to expect?
The initial session will take 75-90 minutes – this is where we lay the foundation for our work together. I will get to know you through your past medical history, current dietary intake and lifestyle. You will leave with a detailed, approachable and evidence based tool-kit. Follow-up sessions are scheduled 2-3 weeks afterwards with email support for questions and monitoring progress.

How many sessions do you recommend?
This one is tricky. I really depends on the client’s current diet, lifestyle and nutrition goals. We will set up a roadmap during the initial session.

Do you take insurance?
At this time I do not take insurance, but will provide you with a Super Bill to submit to insurance for reimbursement. Stay tuned for updates!
